Project Description
The Collection is located on the former site of CompUSA, also known as “Block E” of the Kamehameha Schools’ “Our Kaka’ako” 15-year master plan. High-rise, mid-rise, townhouse, and commercial components are thoughtfully configured to provide a walkable, pedestrian-friendly district within the existing Kaka’ako neighborhood. A slender, contemporary tower forms the centerpiece of the complex with mid-rise and townhouse components surrounding the central parking structure at its northwest side. This arrangement helps to conceal the parking structure and provide street facing facades. The five commercial spaces, woven into the configuration at ground level combine with landscaped walk-ways around the perimeter to enhance the pedestrian experience.
