Project Description
The office building emulates a living creature, crawling towards the corner of the street and straightening up at the destination. It looks only natural within the whole complex, as it is obvious how important the organic aspect is to this piece of architecture. On the opposite end of the complex stands the apartment building, construction of which is based on the idea of variations: every floor differs in terms of a garden placement and no apartment is designed the same way, but these differences still make them part of the one aesthetic. In the middle section of the building are 3 elevators and the staircase, which enter the spacial areas with greenness. Between this tower and the office building stretch two lower buildings, incorporating offices and apartments and are also built with concept of variation.
At the feet of the office building lays an open area with a cafe and beside it is the shopping valley, connecting 2 streets diagonally.
