Project Description

SKYTUNNELS is a technology that can quickly transform the existing highways into ultramodern many-leveled multi-transport systems, thus eliminating traffic jams and all the related economic, social, ecological, energy and other problems.

Inventions and know-how on which SKYTUNNELS infrastructure is based make it possible to quickly create – with no need for new land – a new multifunctional infrastructure built directly above the existing highways without affecting the intensity of traffic below during construction. The use of the SKYTUNNELS infrastructure represents the only viable alternative for the areas with functioning highways but no free land to expand them.

The SKYTUNNELS infrastructure consists not only of multi-transport highways but also of parking lots, multi-purpose buildings, green zones, running and bicycle paths and many other community-oriented elements all connected into a unified system that is isolated from the outside environment by semi-transparent enclosing structures.
The entire outer surface of the SKYTUNNELS is designed to serve as one huge solar power plant.

The innovative constraction technology is based on the use of the MOBILE SELF-PROPELLED TUNNEL (MSPT).
The MSPT is a large-scale modular machine approximately two hundred feet long and fifty feet wide that is installed above a functioning highway. The MSPT is part of a set of machinery constituting the unit of rapid assembly SKYTUNNELS which simultaneously ensures normal traffic flow and safety below the construction site.

Due to the world-wide existence of road congestion problems and the urgent need to solve them, the MSPTs are expected to generate great demand, with their company-manufacturer being able to receive numerous profitable orders.

The SKYTUNNELS infrastructure represents a highly efficient and profitable investment, which makes it very attractive for investors. Multi-billion fast-payback investments into the construction of the thousand-miles long SKYTUNNELS infrastructure will serve as a “tugboat” for the rest of the economy resulting in a large number of new jobs and a sharp increase in the GDP of the country that uses the SKYTUNNELS technology.
