Project Description
The client was a family of five, and they wanted to make their home more open and friendly to family life. The first item on the list was to enlarge the existing tight galley kitchen; this required taking down a wall. From there, the client brought in an architect, Kim Beasley, who we’ve worked with in the past to draw up an architectural design for the rest of the home. The family opted to add a master suite complete with walk-in closets, his and her vanities, and fireplaces. The basement was transformed into a craft room for kids. The addition allowed each kid to have his own bedroom.
The whole-house renovation included a kitchen reconfiguration, stair reconfiguration, basement reconfiguration, a garage addition with master suite above including laundry room, and multiple bathrooms. The project also included lots of extras like walk-in closets and custom bathroom designs. All in all, we touched every room in the house.
