Firm Description

I am a licensed architect in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, and hold national NCARB certification. I am also a LEED Accredited Professional.

As an architect with over twenty years of design and project experience, I have immersed in a wide range of residential project types, from single-family homes and apartments, to multi-family developments and international resorts.

As a Design Architect, I work closely with clients at all phases of a project, from initial design conception to final completion of construction, leading the architectural design team as well as coordinating and directing engineers and sub-consultants. I have developed programming, site and infrastructural planning, and architectural visioning for residential, hospitality, and institutional projects sited anywhere from the New York metro area to international locales, and I create clear and detailed design documents that convey the design to the engineers and construction professionals.

As a Project Team Leader, I am responsible for managing the design schedule and budget, and closely monitor the progress and quality of the design development, to produce clear and thorough design and construction documents. I coordinate submission of documents to all relevant permitting authorities, and present to local planning commissions when required.


During the Construction Phase of a project, I am the primary liaison to the contractors, and advocate on behalf of the client to ensure accurate translation of design intent into constructed buildings. I am a consistent presence on the construction site, and engage collaboratively with the contractors to address any site contingencies that require adjustment to the design, minimizing additional costs to the Owners. My background as a Construction Manager offers me insight into the challenges faced by the contractors and creates a more intuitive relationship between architect and constructor.
