Michelangelo Sabatino to Head Illinois Institute of Technology Architecture College

The architect and professor has been named interim dean, succeeding Wiel Arets.

The Illinois Institute of Technology announced on Tuesday that Michelangelo Sabatino is the new interim dean of the Chicago school’s College of Architecture. He is succeeding architect Wiel Arets, Assoc. AIA, who has held the position since 2012. Sabatino is currently a professor and the director of the PhD program in architecture at the college.
