Project Description

Located on the edge of a ravine, this house has been developed on three levels, with the main protagonist being the kitchen, the space around which the house is organized. Conceived in a double height space, which is given the scale of the cava that flies above it, the kitchen is functionally and visually connected to the living room, dining room, bar, swimming pool, outdoor terrace and the central terrace space, in addition to the bridge of glass and the staircase that serves the whole house. Taking advantage of the great ocean view that presents the location, it has been sought that all the main spaces of the house have this view.

On the first floor we have located the lobby, which connects with the living room and dining room, and is illuminated through a central patio with a retractable roof that helps to manage the air conditioning of the house. In this same level are the double height kitchen and an interior space where the stairs are, this stairs go down to the bedrooms and up to the master bedroom. Outside the living room and kitchen is a large terrace that includes a parallel pool that flies over the cliff.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms with ocean views, all of them have a terrace and their own bathroom. In addition, all these bedeooms are placed around a family room that is located in the central space under the retractable polycarbonate roof that abuts the main staircase.

The main staircase goes up to the second floor and reaches the bedroom through a glass bridge, this balcony overlooks the kitchen having a great view of the sea through it.

The master bedroom above the sea is integrated into a space with a retractable roof that serves as a solarium and serves as environmental control to regulate the entry and exit of air from the room
