Project Description
Tasked with creating a contemporary work environment that would facilitate direct communication and collaboration between DeSimone’s international offices, Spector Group designed a sleek professional work setting defined by openness and flexibility. Located on the 25th floor of 140 Broadway, DeSimone’s New York office comprises 26,000-square-feet of office, breakout and social space. The centrally located bistro area serves as the social hub of the office, while the adjacent gaming area, training room and lounge provide additional creative and collaborative spaces for impromptu meetings and gatherings. Glass windows along the perimeter of the space boast spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline, while gallery walls around the core of the office space showcase black and white photographs of DeSimone projects.
