Project Description

Oasis Hallandale, a multi-block district of residential and commercial buildings in Hallandale Beach, Florida, has broken ground on the commercial phase of the project as the city’s first major mixed-use development. Comprised of restaurants, shops, creative offices and green spaces with an urban edge, the development is set to deliver the first true pedestrian-friendly city center to Hallandale Beach.

Developed by Hallandale Oasis 2019 LLC led by Giuseppe Iadisernia, the total commercial portion will feature five buildings with 59,219 square feet of retail and restaurant space and 34,691 square feet of office space. Over 60% of the commercial portion has been reserved on the first two buildings.

The development, with designs led by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica, will be accessible through a striking main entrance that embodies an urban oasis and is framed by fountains and lushly landscaped greenery by ArqGeo. The masterplan employs curvilinear design elements along the building facades to soften the corners of the balconies, creating a distinctive symmetrical silhouette that is set to become an architectural landmark for the city.
