Project Description
Extending 260 feet into the Potomac River, the project—DC’s first office building to be built on a pier—transforms an existing 1950s pier on the Washington Channel into a Class A office building. Pier 4 brings new vitality to the waterfront, with a design that sits lightly upon the existing pier and canopy and provides users with spectacular view corridors and natural light. With an emphasis on energy efficiency, the building is designed to LEED Gold Core and Shell standards.
