Architectural Lighting Magazine invites you to forward new product releases for editorial consideration in our May 2011 Product Guide. Submitted products should have been released since May 2010. This annual special issue showcases more than 200 products in 19 product categories, including:

Product submissions must include the following materials:


  • Submitter’s contact information including name, address, phone number, and e-mail address.
  • Printout of product information including product press releases as well as technical spec sheets with the product details.
  • If you are submitting in the ‘Apps’ category, please provide URL link to page in the iTunes store.
  • Color printout of digital image(s). Images can include just the product or the product in an installation/architectural setting.

    • Include the submitter’s name, address, phone number, and e-mail address on all printouts.

    • CD or USB drive with images in correct format (see below). Please note, if image files are being sent electronically, please coordinate with the editor for ftp site posting instructions.

    Artwork Submission Requirements:


  • All artwork must be 300 dpi, and at least 4″ x 6″ or the closest approximation. Appropriate file types are Photoshop TIFF, EPS, or PSD, and should be formatted for a Mac. There should be no text on the images. Please label the digital image files using the following format: Manufacturer_Product Name.

    • Submissions cannot be accepted via e-mail.
