Inside Shapes, Shaw Contract
A collaboration between the Stockholm-based design studio Form Us With Love and Shaw Contract, Inside Shapes is a flooring system that aims to inspire creativity. Architects and designers can create bold, energetic, or serene spaces using Inside Shapes’ simple and abstract carpet tiles. The modules are CNC-machined from 24″-square carpet tiles to create four geometric shapes: square, diagonal, point, and curve. Combining different colors and shapes into warm, cool, sophisticated, angular, or curvy patterns can help enliven commercial settings and enhance human experience. The tiles can also help create zone areas in open-plan spaces or facilitate wayfinding. To help designers visualize potential layouts using Inside Shapes, Shaw Contract offers a digital tool.
