1. Biobased Xorel

This plant-based wall covering offers the same performance attributes as standard Xorel, but with a significantly reduced carbon footprint and a bio content between 60 – 85%. Carnegie’s first launch of the product offer 6 designs in 91 colorways, and has achieved C2C Gold Certification. Watch their video to learn more about the product:
2. Bark House® Poplar Panels (Interior Use)
Highland Craftsmen is the original manufacturer of nationally-acclaimed Poplar Bark Shingles. Bark House shingle siding was the first product HC® ever developed, and has remained a beautiful, flexible design element for modern and rustic homes alike since 1990.
The unique and rich look of Poplar Bark shingles is especially dramatic indoors. Bark House Poplar Panels can be quickly applied to drywall or plywood and make a strong (and sustainable) design statement as an accent wall in a home. They also are LEED Disclosure Credit Eligible, and a C2C Certified Silver product.
Harvested in the same manner as our shingles, timing and skill are critical to the success of unrolling an unbroken full cylinder from a log. No two are ever alike. Limb scars, epicormic knots, growth stress, bird peck, and lightning scars are all textural variances that can be present that give each sheet its own unique identity. One can even tell directions the bark faced by the distinct color changes that flow from the north side to the south.
The video below doesn’t focus on Highland Craftsmen interior panels, but showcases the beautiful Poplar possibilities their products provide for a home’s interior or exterior:
